Yoga and Mindfulness
YOGA AND MINDFULNESS: learning to care for body and mind
People go through different stages and situations, most of which are beyond our control. We cannot always control what happens to us, but we always have the power and the freedom to choose what we do with what happens. If from childhood we acquire tools such as those provided by Yoga and Mindfulness, life’s challenges can be transformed into opportunities for learning and self-knowledge, helping us to face them from a more conscious and compassionate place — with ourselves and with our surroundings.
OBJECTIVES
To help your sons and daughters discover an inner source of resources that will help them connect with calm, compassion, and self-care. Once these sensations are integrated, they will have a valuable seed that can continue to grow and blossom throughout the different stages of their lives, helping them achieve greater balance on a physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual level.
CONTENTS
- Basic Yoga postures adapted to the different ages and physical conditions of the students.
- Breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques.
