Art is not just an aesthetic activity. It is a powerful tool for expressing ourselves, exploring, and feeling. It offers a space for personal discovery and understanding of the world.

Objectives

• Encourage creativity and imagination as tools for expression, exploration, and problem-solving.
• Develop visual and sensory skills through the use of various materials and mixed techniques.
• Stimulate aesthetic sensitivity and the ability to observe, analyse, and appreciate art.
• Promote autonomy, self-expression, and self-esteem through the artistic process.
• Use art as a means of communication and social reflection, helping children understand their surroundings and express their emotions.

Contents

• Embroidery and crochet techniques
• Elements of visual and plastic language: line, colour, shape, volume, texture, space, and composition.
• Creation of personal and group artworks using different techniques: collage, modelling, painting, assemblage, artistic recycling, etc.

French serves as the vehicular language in the classroom and is used as the main tool for carrying out all creative activities.

Casa de Niños: Fridays from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM
Workshop 1 & 2: Tuesdays from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM
