The minimum enrolment period for any activity is one term. To cancel you must give notice at least fifteen days in advance of the end of the period, since it is advisable to look closely at the reasons for cancelling and to find the best educational solution in each case.

If you are unable to attend a class, please inform the person in charge of the activity in advance.  For music classes, an attempt will be made to arrange a pre-agreed time change with the teacher. However, money paid for the class will not be refunded.
