Eating is a basic necessity and something we have to do throughout our lives; therefore, it is very important to establish a good relationship with food from early childhood. Parents, grandparents and education professionals play an essential role in this regard. In this workshop, we will deal with the process of learning eating habits in the first three years of life and understand how important it is, not only because it facilitates a good nutritional state and optimal growth but also because it can help to consolidate the acquisition of healthy habits for adulthood.
